This means that while the 8" blade is an unbeatable combination of hardness and toughness (62 HRC), the versatile belly makes lighter work of chopping, rocking and slicing.
The seamless bolster and generous height of the blade(2.1") work flawlessly together for an easier pinch grip and ample knuckle clearance.
